CTSNet Global
Nearly six billion people across the world lack access to safe, timely, affordable cardiac surgical care. Rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart defects, and other conditions requiring cardiothoracic surgical care go undertreated because of lack of resources in low- and middle-income countries worldwide.
CTSNet Global aims to direct attention to these and other disparities in cardiothoracic surgery, build a collection of valuable resources for our LMIC users, and elevate the voices of surgeons and allied professionals who are working to narrow these gaps.
We accept written and video submissions from surgeons, allied health professionals, and researchers detailing surgical initiatives, global health research, global surgeon profiles, and profiles of organizations doing important work in resource-limited settings.
Explore CTSNet Global and go to CTSNet’s submissions page to learn how you can contribute! We also invite you engage with your colleagues in the global CTSNet community via comments and on social media.
