In this video, the author presents a technique for the gradual transition from a conventional 3/4-port, to a 2-port, and finally to a single-port approach for thoracoscopic anatomic lung resections. Individual cases are shown to illustrate the step-by-step transition from one approach to the next. The last case shows a uniportal upper left trisegmentectomy through a 3.5 cm summary incision, without rib spreading and using the Microcutter for vascular stapling.

Systematic node dissection?
Thanks
Of course. We usually perform a systematic lymphadenectomy (stations 2,4 and 7-10 in all NSCLC patients). The video time is rather limited, so I had to concentrate on the basic steps of the lung resection.
