Carlos, Usually we can go by symptoms of angina relief to assess the efficacy of TMR. One can obtain nuclear imaging to assess areas of ischemia if deemed necessary but it is not part of our practice.

Symptoms are not reliable in judging if the operation improved physiological parameters.Vineberg implants,internal mamary ligation,etc.
