Abnormal Origin of Left Coronary Artery from Pulmonary Artery

This video shows a rare variety of ALCAPA, where the left coronary artery originated from the non-facing sinus of the pulmonary artery. The associated left SVC was connected to the left atrium. Tunneling of the coronary artery was performed using an autologous pericardial patch, with good immediate and late results.
