About
I have been a registered nurse since 2006. During my career, I have worked in medical telemetry unit, cardiovascular and interventional holding unit, critical care units specializing in cardiac, neuro, and trauma. I joined our research team in 2015 and quickly became very passionate about cardiovascular technology. I have advanced from a Research Coordinator to now the Manager of the Clinical Research Office.
Research
During my tenure in the Research Office, I have been the lead Coordinator for the ISCHEMIA trial, ATLAS with AtriCure, Artemis with DCRI, TAVR LR and CAS trials with Medtronic, Bicuspid TAVR LR trial with Medtronic, ReChord Trial with NeoChord, APOLLO TMVR with Medtronic. Along with managing as lead, I have provided back up assistance to many other cardiovascular surgical trials with LivaNova, BioVentrix, and Abbott. A few of these trials, we were a top enroller in the national and/or global trial.

I absolutely love Cardiovascular Surgery, however, I also am passionate about Cardiology itself due to my extensive experience in the Cardiovascular holding unit. Outside of cardiology, I do enjoy learning about other exciting technologies in the Neurology field and Vascular Field in general.
