Currently employed Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Knoxville TN performing full spectrum of cardiac and thoracic surgeries including complex valvular heart disease with redo operations, valve sparing root replacements, minimally invasive mitral and thoracic procedures, TAVR, and complicated endocarditis.
Research
Basic science research in past with heart failure model.
Current intersts include ERAS models for cardiac and thoracic surgery pts.
Additional interest in effect of quality-payment models effecting decision making.
