Can we apply the Paediatric Concept of One and half or One and quarter ventricle repair in cases of right ventricle failure in Adult Cardiac Surgery provided the PVRI is within limits? Conceptual Stage.- Requirements are to measure segmental PA pressures in RPA and LPA and tailor the surgical procedure accordingly. This will delay transplant appropriately and maybe heart recovers. Can be used in conjunction with VADs also.
