Development of Personalised External Aortic Root Support (PEARS) implants for treating aortic dilation associated with: Marfan Syndrome, Loeys-Dietz Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Bicuspid Aortic Valve disease, Transpostion of the Great Arteries/ Arterial Switch Operation, ACTA2 and for supporting the Pulmonary Autograft in the free standing root Ross Procedure.
