We present the operative steps in the repair of congenital supravalvar aortic stenosis in a 5 month old female of 8kg. Preoperative echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging confirmed severe biventricular hypertrophy together with pulmonary stenosis and supravalvar aortic stenosis. We detail the steps for the three-patch technique of repair of the left ventricular outflow tract obstruction using pulmonary homograft patches. The results were satisfactory, and the patient was discharged home in timely fashion.
