Scott Swanson, MD of Boston, MA, moderated the Roundtable, and Robert Cerfolio, MD of Birmingham, AL, Daniel Miller, MD of Atlanta, GA, Bernard Park, MD of Hackensack, NJ, and Jon Wee, MD of Boston, MA, also participated.
