Right Upper Lobe Lobectomy by Thoracoscopy

The author performed a lobectomy with a video thoracoscope on a 72-year-old male patient with right upper lobe lung squamous cell cancer. There were serious pleural adhesions, many lymph nodes between bronchi, and the interlobular fissures were not complete.
