  1. Congratulations, very nice video
    only a few small questions
            1-for cardioplegia: you first use an injection into the root of the aorta when there is an aortic insufficiency. Why don’t you use retrograde cardioplegia by the coronary sinus?
          2-what is the time of the aortic cross clamping?
        3-  How did you de-air the LV/aortic
