Vishnevsky National Medical Research Center of Surgery, Ministry of Health of Russian Federation, Moscow, and was broadcast live as part of the AMICS meeting 2019, directed by Professor Amiran Revishvili.

1-for cardioplegia: you first use an injection into the root of the aorta when there is an aortic insufficiency. Why don’t you use retrograde cardioplegia by the coronary sinus?
2-what is the time of the aortic cross clamping?

Congratulations for nice demonstration of endoscopic AVR. Will you please elaborate your utility incision and other port placement with sites (space and location) for different endoscopic cardiac surgeries! Is there any undercut of space beyond skin incision?
