UK Mini Mitral Trial

Enoch Akowuah of the James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough, UK, discusses key aspects of the UK Mini Mitral Trial and sets the scene for a debate on median sternotomy versus minithoracotomy for degenerative mitral valve disease.
