Valve-Sparing Root Replacement Techniques

  1. Dear sir, 15 % of valve preserving aortic root surgery is complicated by mild to moderate AR. This can be well tolerated in presence of normal left ventricular function. but in the occasion of moderately impaired left ventricular function will end up in cardiomyopathy. please comment
