Many surgeons perform VATS thymectomy, however, complete dissection of the cervical horns is not often demonstrated. This video shows how the use of intrathoracic CO2 insufflation opens up the cervical space to allow for excellent visualization of the superior horns.

Very nice demonstration of what can be a tricky and nuanced part of the dissection for thymectomy. I use CO2 insufflation along with 3D visualization with a robotic approach and I have to say your exposure was excellent with the VATS approach. Thanks for sharing the video.
